The regional administration of Stara Zagora (http://www.sz.government.bg), Bulgaria expresses its willingness to join a consortium in order to participate in the forthcoming call for proposals under IEE 2010. The main areas of interest are topics under Energy Efficiency theme – buildings and consumer behavior and under RES theme. Both topics are included as priorities in the Stara Zagora regional development strategy till 2015.
